Trapeze is an awesome place to start your aerial journey. We expect that you have not touched a trapeze before and start from the very beginning. As you learn how to go upside down, knee hang, sit in the air and so much more you will be building strength and flexibility.
Our trapezes are all rigged to be adjustable and can be changed to suit you.
Classes run for 1hr and include warm up, cool down and lots of fun on the trapeze in the middle.
