Meet Steffi
Random fact: Steffi is a huge Harry Potter and Marvel fan!! Steffi has been doing Pole Fitness for 4 years and has been teaching for just over 1.5 years. Starting with pole and silks and becoming so obsessed that Steffi was doing 6 classes a week, it isn’t a surprise Aerial Fit is Steffi’s home away from home.
Steffi entered the world of dance at age 4, through doing ballet, jazz, funk, hip hop, lyrical and contemporary for 19 years, Steffi also attended a drama academy for 3 years and has a special love for lyrical and contemporary dance!
Steffi is a counsellor/ psychotherapist by day so Steffi’s favourite part of teaching is watching how therapeutic the mastery of aerials can be for people, building bodily confidence and strength.
